As of January 14, 2026, our clinic is not accepting new patient applications for the waitlist, and no new patient intakes are being scheduled at this time. Any intakes that have already been booked will proceed as scheduled.

This also applies to family members of patients already registered with Health Zone (excluding newborns). There are no exceptions to this policy.

We will reopen the waitlist when capacity allows; however, we are unable to provide a timeframe for when this will occur. Please do not call the office to inquire about waitlist status or eligibility. Updates will be posted on our website, and we ask that you continue to monitor it for the most current information.

We also recommend that you register at Health Care Connect to be put on a waiting list for a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner in your area @ https://www.ontario.ca/page/find-family-doctor-or-nurse-practitioner
