Write a testimonial

At this holiday season, I just wanted to take the time to send a testimonial, which is something I’ve been meaning to do for a while. I’ve been with health zone for close to 10 years now I believe. I have never had better patient care, they have advocated for me, educated me and allowed me to feel seen and heard. Recently when there was a staffing issue, they adjusted and insured every patient got the correct care even though they were dealing with such high volumes of patient care. This week I had an issue where I had to talk to Tom about a medication question and the staff got me in right away. Amanda is always so quick to respond and so respectful. My nurse Shelby and joy have always listened to me carefully and ask questions when needed, and have provided so many great resources. I have referred my family members and all of my friends to this health clinic over the years because of the quality of their care. I just want to say thank you so much for the impact that you have on our community. Your entire team is always so incredible. We are very lucky to have health zone in London Ontario. I have loved the experience from the waitlist to the RN to the NP. The whole team is lovely, they are understanding, listen to your concerns and are very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone I know.

I'm awed by my experience with health zone! Everyone is friendly, kind, and patient. Most importantly, they clearly listen and make their patients a priority. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Before signing up with Health Zone, I hadn't heard of a "Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic" before, and was a bit apprehensive. My wife and I have only visited a couple of times so far but that apprehension immediately disappeared once we met the staff of this wonderful clinic. From the front desk to examinations, the ladies at the NPLC do a stellar job of fostering a welcoming, clean and safe environment. Examinations are easy-going and the Nurse Practitioners do a great job of explaining everything you need to know about anything. We consider ourselves lucky to have found primary care providers of such high quality, during a time when its tough to find one, period.

Receive the very best care at this clinic! I need to say that I prefer this clinic to a doctor's practice!

We love our clinic and everyone there. We rarely see the same person twice (by choice) and we always receive great care! It's also nice to see students in the office as well! I really like the option for mental health support with the social workers! Both Scott and Heather are amazing!!.

I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend a NP lead clinic to my friends and family. The care I receive from my NP is consistently above and beyond that I have even received from any other medical practitioner. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and fully explores all options we discuss. My only regret is I didn't work with the clinic sooner!
