At the Health Zone NPLC, we are committed to providing holistic health care, which means that ourproviders assess your physical, mental, and emotional health. We will work with you to help you achieve your health goals or to improve your health and well-being. We provide health promotion, education and preventative care to help you both now and in the future.

 

Our Social Workers (SWs) provide free confidential support and counseling for people of all ages. You can expect non-judgmental, compassionate care. The Social Worker can also help connect you with community services and assist you with forms and applications.
